My daughter had the chicken and rice yesterday and said it was nice so I thought let me taste it. When I got home after collecting it the chips tasted nice but no salt and the chicken and rice tasted gone off like vomit so disappointed for my first time won’t be returning unfortunately.
These were the best sweet potato fries i have ever tasyed. Crispy and flavoured. Not greasy at all. A good brioche for the burger. And really reasonably good portion of chicken breast. Staff was super friendly too.top marks!
Best 'Chikn' in Southampton. Even though I live about a mile and a half away, I have to get this delivered after a long day at work, because it just is that good. Actually crispy and not greasy fried chicken, loads of chips, delicious dips and top notch burgers. Amazing value with the deliveroo promo (£7off when you spend £20) the meal you see before you cost £13!! Yet to try wings but can't wait to try them soon. Always hot and delicious. 100% recommended. Literally wast of money!! Ordered from Deliveroo to try something new and was shocked at the food we received!! It was cold with crushed boxes the order was wrong the food was dry! If you live close to a slims chicken go there instead or even KFC ….so very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
I've never had a wrap where 70% of it was bread, I've never had chicken wings with floppy skin and sauce like runny dough. I was truly amazed but for all the wrong reasons
Perfect grilled chicken… you can’t find a better place. Chicken wraps are highly recommended. Chips could be better though.
3.49 for 3 mozzarella sticks, 3.49 for fries, 9.49 for a spicy chikn sandwich, 1 for garlic sauce and 1 for perinnaise. Rare for food places in southampton to realise that the sauces are one of the most important parts of the meal. The perinnaise is a very nice sauce. 3.49 for a mere 3 sticks is VERY steep BUT at least I can say they are marginally better than normal sticks I may get elsewhere, a bit thicker with a nicer breading. Fries were crispier than what I get from other places, quite noticeably so. And now, the chikn burger. Very nicely done, quite minimalist in terms of ingredients but there's a reason for that and that's that they want to draw attention to the excellently seasoned chicken. I find it rare that places get the seasoning done so well, it was really good. This place is worth the money.
Delicious fresh tasty chicken & beef burgers and Nando’s style chicken. Better than roosters. Freshly cooked to order, the team are friendly and service is good. I had the double peri chicken burger which had two massive chicken breasts, cheese and salad. Delicious. Very generous portion of fries. The meal deal is great value - not listed on the website - but you get fries and can of drink for £2 extra. Which for a double burger is £7.99. Big Shack looked good too - crunchy fried chicken and good beef patty in one bun. Tasty dipping sauces for the chips too. It’s walk in only orders for the moment. Peri peri chicken wings are tasty too - the Mexican sauce - with a little bit of heat was delicious. I’ve been waiting for this place to open and I have to say it’s been worth the wait.
