Great food as always, but on justeat on the option for ‘Instructions’ on the wrap meal you need an option for ‘none’ as I had to pick one even though I didn’t want to!

I went into the Shirley branch today to collect an order for a takeaway. I ordered a few meals, and an order of pitta and hummus. When taking the hummus home, it is infested with green furry mold. This is obviously way past the shelf life, despite the mold the hummus is far oilier than should have been.

Ordered 2 half chicken meals deals and they were both not cooked properly. Ordered through deliveroo who did refund our money. We also phoned the shop and got no apology. Usually the food is good from there but not this time

Food is good but delivery and customer service is atrocious. The last two orders we have paved have been 45mins to an hr late and when called Rooster just repeat “it’s on its way”. Unless you can collect I’d recommend find somewhere else to order from

I loved buying from here, and I understand the rise in living costs, but the price hike is so vast! Plus there's no kids meal! How can you charge £8.49 for a burger and then an extra £4 if you want chips!? Its just too much. As much as I did like ordering from here I just can't afford it when a meal for two (one being a child) comes to nearly £30 pounds.

I order from roosters Shirley a lot as the food is mostly pretty good however this evening the delivery service from the roosters was shocking. It took over an hour and a half to arrive when the app said 40 minutes. I rung up twice to ask where the food was and the guy who answered the phone both times was very rude and could barley speak a word of English which really didn’t help as the background noise was bad enough. The food was also not great tonight, the chips were cold and were suppose to have piri seasoning on but didn’t not. Rooster also charge extra for this. Won’t be ordering from the Shirley branch again-

Used to be ok but gone seriously downhill. Falfal kids meal overcooked and inedible. Falafals all smashed to pieces. Chicken wrap burnt and inedible. No apology what so ever from restaurant. Luckily i got my refund back from deliveroo. My daughter rather eat my food over this.

Fairly good. Beats KFC or Nandos. Much better quality. Although was highly recommended. I didn't think it was as high quality chicken as I was expecting, and a little dry. Lemon herb sauce was very good. So was the tortilla. Fairly quick since phoned before hand. Almost another 5 minute wait, and staff weren't overly friendly helpful. Would probably use again. 3 star would have been harsh. Close to 4 star rating
