   I like this pub a lot. I came here a few times about a year ago and it wasn't quite right. Now days, I think they're smashing it. Good food, good beer with a great selection, happy staff and good music. This will be a regular pub of ours now. Big up to the manager guy, real nice guy with a great personality.

   Been here few times before and it was good, but nothing special. However today it was absolutely amazing. Delicious food and very big portions. Best burrata mozzarella with tomato I ever had. Great service too.

   We have mixed feelings as ever since they removed nachos from the menu we stopped going. However we just used their barn for a 50th birthday party and it was superb. Greta evening. Great venue and brilliant staff. So all that's needed. Bring back the nachos.

   Popped in for dinner after a day at Nirvana Spa before a long drive home. The food was absolutely incredible. We done out a lot and this was one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. I was completely stuffed by the end but forced a dessert as the main was so lovely. The pudding did not disappoint either. Thanks to all the staff.

   We went for a Monday evening family meal to celebrate my son’s birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions very generous! Special shout out to the fish pie which 2 of our party had and really enjoyed. The steak was nicely cooked in the way requested and the burger looked juicy and well “dressed”! We were there early on a Monday so there weren’t many other people but the atmosphere was still very nice and the staff very friendly and attentive and made us feel most welcome. The service was excellent. They did a super Aperol Spritz! We are lucky that this is one of our locals and will certainly be coming again to enjoy the food.

   Very pleased with Sunday lunch as a carvery and the usual menu was offered aa we like varied dishes. First class service, easy free parking around the back and a nice walk along the adjacent lane made it a lovely experience. We will be back.

   Visited this pub on passing by & boy what a brilliant & cosy place to go. 2 car parks, private function room & an amazing food & drink offering for all! If I'm passing again any time soon, I'm hoping to try out the new carvery they are starting up! Well done all!

   Nicely decorated in traditional pub style. Friendly staff. However the menu is very predictable and little inspiring. Unless you are very local it's hardly worth traveling for. It's was fit for purpose for the quick dinner we wanted just before moving on to the cinema. Food itself was neither great or awful, just about average. Shame as the look and feel of the place is really nice. I never understand why these sort of pubs don't invest in a decent menu/food development chef or consultant to put together a more exciting menu, train the kitchen staff and work with a few local suppliers, producers and ingredients.

   Found this on a local cycle ride. Lovely pub with an excellent outside area. Perfect for summer. Nice range of beers on tap. Excellent food. Wife went for Katsu burger, which was stunningly good and I went for the old faithful fish and chips. Really good. Very impressed and will definitely return again.
