   We booked a table for 2 for dinner on 13/12/25 and were glad we had booked as it was busy. Service was excellent, with a lovely buzzing atmosphere. Our dinners were amazing and were brought out quickly. There is a 12.5% service charge included in the bill and as the service was good for us we were happy to pay. This was our first time here and we will definitely return.

   Great place for a nice cosy dinner. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The service was quick and the food and drinks were great! The falafels were super fresh and worth the price.

   Amazing eating experience! I was on my own and was made to feel like I’d been here 20x before. Friendly and welcoming and the mixed grill s was mouth watering good! Might be back tomorrow for round two! Kaustubh served me and he was excellent!!

   Delicious Lebanese nosh, highly recommend not just for the flavours but the atmosphere as it is always so jolly, this visit was no exception (they have other branches such as at Heathrow airport). The atmosphere was the exciting vibrant same as a previous visit… Kaustubh, who served me, was super upbeat and his recommendations were perfect.

   The food was really good, and I took my wife out for a date night, which we were both looking forward to. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor organisation. We were seated outside in a nice shaded area, which was great considering the sunny weather. My wife and I already knew what we wanted, but we waited around 15 minutes for someone to take our order even after I asked a staff member to send someone over. The food arrived after 30 minutes, which is fairly standard based on other places we’ve been to. I had the mixed grill, and my wife ordered a different dish from the menu. The meals were tasty, but not outstanding, and the portion sizes didn’t feel worth the price. We also ordered homemade lemonade Punchade and Strawberryade. They were both delicious, but I finished my drink before the food arrived and asked for tap water to go with the meal. It took another 20 minutes for the water to arrive, by which time I had already finished eating, feeling frustrated and overheated. To top it off, they automatically added a 12.5% service charge to the bill. Given the poor service, I didn’t feel this was deserved and asked for it to be removed. The staff member muttered “no” under his breath, which was completely unprofessional. My wife backed me up and said we wouldn’t be paying the charge. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the service was a major letdown and really spoiled what should’ve been a special evening.

   I went to the restaurant with my husband and my kid two weeks ago. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant was crowded. The kids meal consisted of one piece of kofta with hummus, some potatoes, juice and ice cream for 6 pounds. The rest of the items are small quantities compared to the price. The restaurant overlooks the river, making you enjoy the sunset view

   This restaurant was just wonderful, we had the set menu which was plenty of food for two. The starter was extremely tasty, but the sea bass was possibly the best sea bass I have ever eaten. Our waiter Awais was attentive, helpful and came over several times to check that we were happy. The decor is very cute, good value for money.
