   Absolutely fantastic! It's five stars for a reason. The Hearth offers a warm and welcoming place with fabulous food. Sharing plates made with care,consideration and executed to be delicious. Don't hesitate, go for lunch or dinner you won't be disappointed.

   Absolutely stunning hotel with some of the best food I’ve eaten in the UK. The team are so attentive and friendly. We went with a tiny baby and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The spa is really special with a lovely pool. Beautiful, understated elegant Christmas decorations too.

   Exceptional in every way. From driving up to the front door to driving away all the staff create a truly seamless experience. As you explore the vast building, of which the entirety has been thoughtfully decorated right down to the smallest details, each member of staff you come across greets you with a genuine smile and desire to help in any way. Even the entry level rooms feel like junior suites compared to most standards in London and the surrounding areas. The food in every corner of the hotel is exceptional and fresh. I can’t fault the hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough.

   Idyllic. The English countryside served up in luxury. The facilities and surrounding grounds are stunning. Our room was one of the best we've seen anywhere in our world travels. Unbelievably well refurbished all around. Some of the best food and drink all trip, even including London's vaunted restaurants. All staff is engaging, friendly, professional, and just the right amount of attentive. A shout out to Arnaud Dolmazon for the fascinating wine talks at meals. Could do without most of the other guests though. Not a bunch we'd go out of our way to spend more time with.

   Visited Heckfield Place for the second time this year, and the experience was every bit as impressive, if not more so, than our first stay last year. This place will always hold a special place in my wife and I’s hearts, and even objectively it stands out as one of the top-tier establishments we’ve ever stayed at. From the room quality and finishing to the food and breakfast offerings, every detail is beautifully executed. This time we had the privilege of dining at Hearth Restaurant, which was absolutely outstanding. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out; there wasn’t a single thing you could fault them for. We also loved walking around the lovely grounds, enjoying the afternoon tea and cake service, and relaxing with drinks in the intimate Moon Bar. Everything felt seamless, from the interiors to the setting to the hospitality. In short, Heckfield Place is exceptional in every sense, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

   Had Sunday lunch at Marle to celebrate a family members significant birthday. Exquisite, creative meal made with local produce, artfully presented, packed with flavour. The set lunch sees you choose "meat" or "veg" before being presented with sharing starters and a dedicated main. Utterly lush, and whilst very pricey - an exceptional treat. Brilliant wine selection too.

   How beautiful is this place? Visited the cinema here at Heckfield Place. What an absolute treat if you want to see a film surrounded by finery! Beats the local flicks! The screening room is separate from the main house and has its own bar and restrooms. Wonderful to have a glass of fizz to take into the screening room with you. Dolby sound was very impressive and the seats large and lush. Next time will definitely visit to have lunch first and then go to the cinema. Well worth a try.

   My husband and I had a truly wonderful anniversary experience here. This hotel is exceptional. The food, wine list and creative cocktail list are inspired. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who clearly know the art of hospitality. If you want to experience something special, this is the place.

   This hotel is beyond 5 stars. Yes the rooms are amazing and great location but the staff were something else. Customer service is over and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Had an amazing weekend recently and would like to go back soon.
