   Before tonight this was my go to Indian. The only Indian I would ever eat and id get the same tikka masala rice and naan. I got the mixed tikka masala today came in a hurry ate it about 3hrs before bed and for them 3 hours I felt horrible so I couldn’t wait to sleep off whatever was bugging me. Woke up 3 times in cold sweats and with a feeling of my whole meal stuck in my throat (probably not the legitimate words but it’s what it felt like) and as soon as I stood up the whole meal came pouring out of me within 20 seconds.if I could post the photo of my liquid curry I would. Will never order again

   Curry Chef eat-in or takeout is a great choice. The food & the flavour is so good. The butter chicken is so creamy & great to mop up the sauce with a nice nan bread.

   Very disappointing experience. We walked into the restaurant when it was completely empty and asked the person at the reception if it was open — his response was a rude and unclear "huh." As we looked around for a place to sit, he abruptly approached us and asked, "What do you need?" When I said, "Table for 2," he snapped back saying we should’ve asked him that first. The tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. We didn’t feel comfortable at all and decided to leave immediately. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect when trying to enjoy a meal out. Wouldn’t recommend.

   Got a take away from here last night, 11/03/23, was excellent, good portions great flavours to the meals. Strongly recommend the chicken pakoras as well as the lamb samosas. Can't wait to dine in soon.

   My husband and I have been to Curry Chef numerous times and always had fantastic food and great service. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Their Korma is fantastic. Can’t wait to go back again.

   I really thought I’d found a decent curry house Used them often for my usual until tonight. The saag aloo was made with yesterday’s roast potatoes. You know when they’re squashy like rubber. I had one bite and that was it. The rice was dry and hard in places. One mouth full of that too. Not a good sign of quality at all. Quite insulting and a sign there may be issues of finance forcing them to reuse food scheduled for the bin. What else do they save money on? For the sake of saving money and re using some potatoes. Was it worth saving 50p? quality & Customer satisfaction is everything in a restaurant. I won’t be using them again. .
