A great restaurant. Food was tasty. Service was good. Could cater for food intolerances. Plenty of space for catering for a party of 4 adults 5 children. Did have to pay a deposit to book table.

We went Friday night and had the fixed menu A for 4 . Food and Service were excellent. We all thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Course’s arrived with excellent timing and we couldn’t fault anything. ( we are very picky) Brilliant night thank you to all the staff front and back of house.we’ll be back soon.

Amazing food and exceptional service. Sadly there were a few flies here and there. Rest everything was really good. I especially recommend the chowmein. Really good restaurant.

We celebrated the Chinese New Year with friends at Kei's. The short number of staff compensated with professionalism and effort during a busy day. The food seems family style, fresh and delicious. We were all happy with the fantastic service and amazing food

I regularly get a takeaway from this place. My family love the food. This is the only Chinese restaurant I like for miles. Food is aways great and quality consistent.

We used to go here often both dine in and takeaway but have not been for around 3 years and heard it had changed hands so hoped the food was still great. We went on a Weds night and it was very quiet (only table there after 8.30) which was good for us but not for them. The all you can eat has changed to a tick menu option with a limit of 5 dishes per order to stop people ordering loads and leaving food. 2 of our party of 5 were vegetarian which messes that up a little but spoke to the waiter and no issues. Food was a great as I remember. Portions were decent and no issues ordering more and were offered more starters and duck. Cost is almost £30pp which is a big jump from what I remember but in all honesty it was way too low for what you get and all restaurants have upped prices. I can understand if you are not a big eater it may not seem value for money but you can order a set menu or individual dishes so should be no issues. Overall we loved it and I just hope the lack of diners doesn't mean we might lose this gem.

Went for an early supper. Food is usually good and this was no exception. Not cheap and nor exceptional but good. Usually don't feel that welcome when I am on my own (despite spending £45 which is more than most spend on set meals per head) but this time service was good and friendly. Would recommend as a rule given the dearth of good Chinese restaurants locally.

I was introduced to Kei’s quite a few years ago by a work colleague. It was great back then and it’s still great now. I returned last night with my family and that was probably my 10th visit. The big upside of Kei’s is that you never leave hungry. You can eat as many prawn crackers, starters, middle and main courses as you like, with all being freshly prepared to order. This restaurant is absolutely not comparable to ghastly buffets, which serve up piles of tepid mass-produced food using ingredients of a questionable quality. The bulk of the dishes on offer are Chinese but there are plenty of Thai dishes and some Singaporean and Malaysian too. There are just too many dishes to name as favourites, but the chicken and cashew nut and crispy chilli beef are definitely towards the top of the list. The satay chicken to start is also a winner! The staff here are most attentive and very friendly, even when rushed off their feet delivering orders to a packed restaurant. We were repeatedly asked about the enjoyment of our meals and table water was always replenished without asking. The price per head for dinner is £19.50 and the restaurant does apply a 10% service charge, which I did not object to. The service was faultless. Whilst not a cheap meal, the experience was worth every penny. Drinks and desserts come at extra cost. But after so much great savoury food, I had no room for something sweet. Just a couple of criticisms - the website booking tool doesn’t work. I called on the day of my visit as I hadn’t received any confirmation. I was told there was a problem with the website and that I should call to book a table in future. The website also shows the cost of dinner to be £18.50. The difference is negligible but the information is still wrong. The website needs updating to avoid dissatisfaction from future customers. All in all though, a superb dining experience.
