   This is such a lovely spot with friendly and attentive service and tasty food (also vegan, veggie and dairy free options that we appreciated). They also have a children's menu and my 2 year old was very happy in her highchair with crayons and paper provided by Dish Deli to keep her entertained (as well as friendly smiles).

   Stopped by Dish for a midweek lunch. Open toasties were very nice. Unfortunately, it was grubby throughout - dirty floors, cutlery, teapot, walls, table, menus - which makes for an unpleasant eating experience. Would not go back, despite the good food.

   Very friendly people as they made a vegetarian salad with mushrooms instead of chicken and added roasted vegetables. I would have preferred more of the purple lettuce and spinach instead of the straggly lettuce it is not as filling so I was glad I had a tasty tomato soup that they added cream and olive oil and a wee cheese toasted bread and another toasted corner of bread. It was tasty. But I don’t understand why they precut the Dorset apple cake. Because it made it quite dry. But it was still tasty. The two cakes were gluten free which was great for me and the carrot cake was still lovely and moist even when it was sliced. But I would suggest you have a groove to where the person cuts the slices of the whole cake. As it keeps dryer cakes more moist. Because it’s not being dried out around the slice. Kind and helpful waitress. But none of them knew where the atm is. It’s on the main square.

   A beautiful deli and cafe. Relatively quiet when we entered for a morning cuppa but very busy by the time we left. The deli counters were being filled whilst we were there so didn’t get to see them full of delights but what we did see looked lovely. The waitress cleverly left a menu on our table after she had served our beverages and we were drawn into ordering breakfast. Poached eggs for him and avocado on toast for me. Very well presented and delicious. The waitresses were very good at their jobs, quietly attentive and aware of up and coming customers requirements. Lovely venue, lovely food and staff.

   We went to the Dish for breakfast this morning at 10am. We had a lovely breakfast, but as soon as we had finished our breakfast, the bill had been dropped on our table without us requesting it? Surely, its up to the customers discretion and not to be ushered out the door as soon as possible! I understand that Saturday's are busy, but there are better ways of addressing customer relations then forcing them out the door? Plus, we were over charged on the bill and that needed rectifying as well - waitress couldn't read the hand writing.

   I just love this place, the decor, the food, but especially the waitresses and the fabulously efficient service they and the rest of the team provide even when it's busy (which is often!). It's no wonder the cafe is so popular! The waitresses always have a smile on their faces and are keen to serve.

   Was a little worried when we landed at a busy time, but I shouldn't have been, service was spot on, food was seriously awesome (chorizo ciabatta) and just felt really really relaxed throughout. Will be going back to try the waffles soon!

   Just had the Dish english breakfast here this morning, and it was SO good. Really tasty ingredients, perfectly cooked, not greasy, good value. I've tried everywhere probably in Romsey and surrounding area and I'd rate this the best. Lovely pot of tea too.
