   Ordered a 13 inch pizza, received an 11 inch. I called to let them know and was told I’m wrong, and that’s what size their 13 inch pizzas are. It’s clear from this photo that it’s 11 inches, and in no way fills the 13 inch box. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they hadn’t been so aggressively argumentative. It’s a shame because I’ve ordered from them a lot in the past. This is the first time I’ve had an issue and they treated me appallingly. I’ve been put off using them again.

   It was 1 hour 15 minutes late, when we called up to ask they said it’s Deliveroos fault. We ordered poppadoms and it came with no pickles, very disappointing as we are more than regular customers

   Ordered a takeaway, which was delivered late. Not massively late but still outside of the delivery window. Not a major problem though, but worth mentioning. Unfortunately though, the food was awful. Both curries ordered had no taste, they were very bland and had little spice, despite ordering a typically spicy curry (Madras). Very small amount of chicken in either. Starters were average. Restaurant weren't interested when I called, guy on the phone was pretty rude and started accusing me of changing my story, when it was a fairly basic explanation that the food was poor. I wouldn't typically leave a review for average food, but for the price charged here, it was awful. Both of us couldn't eat it. Worst curry I've experienced in Derby, and we've tried most of the takeaways in the area. I'd advise avoiding and choosing somewhere else...

   I have order twice from this place, both times has taken over an hour for it to arrive which defeats the object of fast food. Last time the food was cold and we had to put it in the oven and this time the guy on the phone was rude and hung up on me. Do not recommend this place at all, better off going somewhere else

   The fish curry was amazing. I was very impressed with this and it was not oily at all and had good flavour will definitely get that again but I was a bit disappointed with the mixed meat kebab as the doner meat didn’t seem very fresh and chewy and there wasn’t much pieces of shish in there. I wouldn’t get the keema nan again as I wasn’t impressed with that and seem like there wasn’t much in there but will definitely try the curries again.

   I would give this zero stars if I could. The chicken was most definitely defrosted chicken and it wasn’t good. The korma was watery, the chips were soggy. Pretty much the whole meal tasted gone off and stale. The only good thing was the chapati and even that wasn’t as good as it could be.

   Food was excellent. Ordered Lamb Tikka Karahi Special, Chana Puri, Keema Nan and Roti. I rate 4 stars as food got delivered after an hour and 15 mins. Delivery time to be improved.

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We have used them many times in the past but I don’t know what has happened to this place recently. To say it’s gone downhill is a HUGE understatement. Recent orders have taken over two hours to arrive, despite them telling us it’s on the way after 30 mins. When you phone them they are rude and lie to you again saying it’s on the way. Spoiler alert: it isn’t.

   Absolutely awful, what has happened to this place, they've made so many cut backs to save on the stuff they use. Pizza tasted like a cheese toastie, had no tomato puree, normal red Leicester type cheddar NOT mozzarella so cheese just shrivels up, literally like a brick cheese toasties and barely any chicken just a few shredded bits dotted around. unfortunately won't be ordering again.
