   The food was 2 hours late Me and my boyfriend walked there, from all the walking my feet started hurting and even when the Lady said it's on the way and that she couldn't do anything we had to go back. When we arrived home the delivery was done but it was cold and tasted disgusting, soggy and the sauce is horrible. I even got stomach pain from the food I would recommend to stay away from the restaurant. If it was after me I'd give it 0 Stars.

   Ordered our meal at 1900 last night on line had a confirmed estimated time for delivery at 19.43 however someone phoned us to see if we would be ok with larger noodles at about 19.15 because they had run out of the nominal ones of course I said not a problem. At about I9.50called to ask when my meals were going to be delivered the lady on the phone said our meals had left and wouldn't be long and she would call the driver and find out and let me know about 5 minutes later the lady called and said that he wouldn't be able to deliver for another 10 to 15 minutes because the itching bridge was closed and had to go around the other route. But being a delivery driver i would have thought that he would have known this anyway waited until 20.15 not asign of there driver so had to cancel our order.

   It's honestly disgusting that our takeaway was almost 40 minutes late, and the food was cold!! Not good service at all, paying over £40 and then having to chase the driver, only to heat up the food ourselves??? If you're busy, you should get another driver and make sure the food is delivered on time and hot. The duck was pink and a bit soggy where it should have been crispy, and the chow main with vegetables only had 2 half mushrooms. I think it's better to pay more for food and service you can actually enjoy!

   Disgusting customer service Never will I ever order from here again. The woman on the phone has no respect or customer service at all. I ordered through their website and was sent an order from the 17th December 2022. I phoned to ask for a correction but the woman was so rude and did NOT acknowledge that I paid by card for an incorrect order all I kept getting was how this was my fault although she could tell me what I had ordered even after agreeing that the order sent was from 17th December. She also tried to tell me that I hadn't paid for the order even though I showed the delivery driver my banking app transaction. The driver was in agreement that I could not have paid the exact amount for a different order from 2022. The woman at the Chinese kept saying she would get her driver to collect the food but I'd have to pay for the food I have touched. COMPLETE SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE. If I could them a 0 I would

   Terrible customer service. The woman on the phone was rude, she shouted at me multiple times, messed up the delivery then refused to compensate for the attitude, after an hour the driver arrived. I had to give back the food after been rudely spoken too, in front of the driver as well. I did not want to put the driver in that position however despite talking to me through his phone, she still continued shouting. Terrible company and hung up on me over and over. After I refused to pay for this horrible service, my sister then called wanting to speak to the manager and she shouted and once again, hung up. I’ve ordered from here before, they also messed up my last order however I did not act on it. This business should be shut down.

   I had a one tray deal fried rice bbq sauce with pork the pork was nice the sauce didn't taste like ither bbq sauces I've tasted was more sweet, the egg fried rice didn't look or taste fried more like an uncle benz microwave rice. I also had mixed balls with sweet & sour sauce the prawn ones were nice also the chicken ones BUT the pork balls had some mushy stuff in them which all I can only describe it like mashed up pork stuffing ! They actually made me feel physically sick food turned up 20 minutes late the driver stood waiting for a tip ! If I'd ordered big I would have tipped unfortunately I only got 2 dishes I dealt I'll be ordering again I've had much better from nearer places

   Delicious food, speedy service and great quality. We hadn't ordered from this restaurant before, but the 15% off online orders offer enticed us, so having had a look at various restaurants we chose to order from China Wok. The selection of dishes available was impressive and the pricing for them was competitive. We found it was cheaper than nearby other Chinese Takeaways and the offer was highly tempting. We ordered a selection of dishes and our order came to approximately £20.00 which I was delighted with, and this included the delivery charge. What was even more amazing was that from ordering, to arrival of the order, we waited less than 30 minutes! Great service and very quick, the delivery driver was friendly and smiled too. I must also add that we ordered chips and they were very hot and fresh, the best I have ever had from a Chinese Takeaway. Also, the chow mein dishes we ordered were of good portion size and lovely flavour. Overall really impressed with this restaurant and I would recommend it to all. Friendly and fast service offering good value for money. As a customer for the first time, I can safely say I will order from you again.
