Needed a 50s outfit for Goodwood Revival and visited shop for the first time. Picked up a great day dress with hat and handbag, all original, for less than £40 which I felt was amazing value. Was able to try on many dresses with assorted accessories until I found the perfect outfit. Parking is available for limited time in front of shop.
I was gonna buy a jacket at Harper & Lewis but was sad to see how overpriced it was. Luckily, I stumbled upon this little place and got a similar style jacket for a way better price. Staff were absolutely lovely.
Excellent service and affordable prices. Honestly this is a superb little shop with some great treasures within it. Off the beaten track it may be but seriously, seek this place out before you ever think of going to Camden Town and the like.
AN AMAZING SHOP !!! Frock and roll is the best ! The stores interior is lovely and is laid out in a way that makes it easy to find particular items ! This place is so reasonably priced compared to other vintage stores you can find so many bargains it also offers a student discount which is awesome .The staff are also really nice !! If you are in the Reading area and love vintage clothing give overpriced harper and lewis a miss and shop here!
