I returned a pair of boots I'd bought online (lovely boots, incorrect sizing) and had an unpleasant experience from one of the male shop assistants, who continued to look at his laptop as if I didn't exist. When he did deign to acknowledge my existence he was curt and rude. Having read other reviews I realise my experience was identical to one posted a year ago. Very poor customer service.
Called to check they were happy for me to return my online purchases in store to be answered by a very rude man, I had wanted to do this so I could make further purchases. He was very unpleasant and has put me off shopping here. I will send my items back in the post and order on line again.

Fatface Romsey- v.rude salesman, I returned a top this afternoon, he didnt even look up at me, just grabbed it from me and then said 'card machine' indicating for me to swipe my card for the money to go back onto my card. Not very pleasant.
