   One of those stores with lots of interesting stuff which always seems a tad overpriced. However my partner doesn’t seem to think so as I have to rein her back every time we visit the store.

   I purchased two wine glasses for £20 but was incorrectly charged £85.10. After two phone calls to the store—during which I remained polite and understanding—I was asked to return to the Wokingham store (causing me to leave work early) so they could process a refund after reviewing CCTV footage, which confirmed I had not purchased the cardigan I was mistakenly charged for. When I arrived, the store assistant seemed unaware of the situation and even asked, “What cardigan was it?” despite the fact I never bought one. I was then asked to insert my card and told the £60 refund would be processed within 7 days—no apology, no goodwill gesture, not even the wine glasses offered complimentary. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service all round.

   My poor mother has just left this shop utterly defeated, she came in to do a straight swap of a gift for a smaller size jumper only to be told it was discounted on purchase and she would have to pay an additional £20 to exchange the jumper as they didn’t have any in her size in store, despite it still being discounted on their shelves in every other size. In any other store they would request stock from another store and at least try and provide even a tiny bit of customer service But instead she was told we may get some more In stock just keep coming in and trying until you find one!! So she can relive the embarrassment you have caused her again and again!! After being crushed by management that she will not be able to exchange her birthday present for a size that fits she has left the shot crushed and defeated. !!discussing behaviour!! Avoids this shop at all costs

   A lovely store with even lovelier staff. I have always received the perfect welcome -friendly yet not too stifling as is often the case in other stores (Space NK take note). I have always found every member of staff at the Wokingham branch to offer excellent customer service. They are dog friendly too which can be an additional bonus.

   Loved the store, however the managers was extremely rude, unhelpful and ignored people as they were too busy talking among themselves. Won’t be returning to this particular store.

   An interesting upmarket store which sells a mixture of clothes, jewellery, makeup and homeware. Apart from department stores which are a lot bigger, I don't think I have been in a store like this. It's a suitable store for well-heeled Wokingham.
