I visited recently to get my daughter some shoes and was served by a lovely member of staff who was so patient and helpful throughout my shop. Based on my receipt I believe her name was Chloe and she was so accommodating of my need for something very specific, which meant I left with a perfect solution. I was thrilled to find the baby and kids shoes accessible downstairs meaning I didn’t have to leave my pushchair unattended for the first time; I’ll be back more often if this stays the same. Horrible customer service from the lady who looked in charge. I asked a simple question politely and got a snarky comment in return which resulted in me not feeling comfortable to ask any more questions. However, the gentleman working there (I believe it was his first day) was very nice and helpful.

We where seen by a lovely girl called Maddie , we came in to get our little girl meshered up for her first ever shoes now shes trying to walk we felt realy cared for she didnt mind us snaping a couple picks as we went along it sounds silly but after a long road to getting to have our own baby this was one of the experances we where realy excited for and im so glad we where cared for by maddie she was lovely and a credit to your staff

I have bought shoes from Clarks for years but my last experience has been very disappointing . I bought the boots one year ago and was extremely happy with them. I noticed around Xmas time that the stitching was unravelling but didn't get round to contacting them till March - when I sent them the photos they told me that as the boots are outside the 1 yr warranty period they wouldn't replace them. I couldn't believe this as I would have thought that Clarks shoes would normally last for years. Very disappointed by the quality of the boots and the customer service..Obviously not the same standard that the used to be..

Went in to Clarks today to get my son measured for his first shoes. All the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Just simple things like finding somewhere safe i could leave the buggy. It felt like nothing was to much trouble. I was so impressed with the lady who did my sons measurements. Tony talked him through everything she was doing and made us both feel very comfortable. She had great knowledge and helped me make the right decision in shoe for him. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

We have been buying clarks school shoes for my children since 10 years now. with our recent school shoes purchase for my son who is 4 yrs old for 50£ , the shoes sole came apart in 4 months time. When I asked for an exchange, the lady in ground floor first asked me to get my son saying they have to measure his feet as kids feet may grow up every 3 months. If his feet size increases they wont do anything. If not, there might be a chance. The lady was not humble and I felt like they were trying to get rid of the task. I took my son to the store the following weekend, his feet size has not increased at all. Still they said they cannot exchange as it's been 4 months. They may consider if it's 2 months. The staff member also said if they exchange for us they have to do this to other customers. May be they dont want to cultivate good will behavior may be to their customers. That's what I felt. Also, the lady was rude and didn't respond better when I said" I understand their point , however, 50£ spent on a 4 yr old shoes should have some value." I atleast expected they would try to repair it with glue or something. They did nothing and just declined helping us and all the staff I saw were not at all bothered... Not the manager not even the other ladies. If such a well known brand for footwear doesn't consider about customer's satisfactions, there is no use of buying shoes that are so expensive. Better to try in other brands like next or m&s etc.

Have visited more than once over the school holidays to be measured with the intention of buying. Each sales assistant gave a different sizing (not in line with growth!) 26/8/22, we were served by a young curly haired girl who not only incorrectly measured my child's feet (feet were visibly not flat) but had no sensitivity in dealing with children as well as a disgusting attitude when I didn't make a purchase this time due to availability of desired item. RETHINK YOUR 'SEASONAL STAFF' PLEASE!
