Waiting at the till completely ignored while multiple staff looking for 1 parcel. How many people does it take to find a parcel? No acknowledgement or anything. Useless staff.
First time visiting this branch and a lady open the changing room curtain while I was changing. One would think the shop assistants know to check if anyone’s inside first? This has never happened to me before and I won’t be back
Utterly useless staff, rude and unhelpful - just couldn’t care less - suspect Next will be out of business soon if this is the staff they hire. Just avoid this store.
Went in there last Saturday. The 2 workers at the tills were both rude, obviously didn't want to be there. They turned away as I walked towards the tills, pretending to be busy sorting out coat hangers. One guy on the shop floor was very helpful and very cheerful. I will not be spending my money at this store ever again

Great location , lots of parking and a variety of neighbouring stores. Swift service in store both at tills and click n collect
Very rude staff, a manager lady called Sinead was especially rude. Very very very disappointed surprised someone like that has job in retail, she couldn’t tell her arse from her elbow. Deborah was lovely though.
Went here yesterday to buy some smart clothes, a nice Lady helped me find something I liked and gave me good advice. (She said she usually works upstairs selling furniture, hopefully she can get some recognition). Good prices etc, very helpful.
Next Cowley, usually not too crowded, staff are friendly, good quality cloths but bit expensive, can get all sorts of cloths here .
