Went it to get school shoes and got told it was an hour wait which I was completely fine with then got a ticket to get her feet sized we stepped outside and got told we had to give are tickets back so I gave it back and got the evils from her I didn’t catch her name but go to any other Clark’s just not Farnham , They had barely any staff out or helping customers and the ones that were out were on there phone

Update: went to Alton today, measured again and was told he’s not the size I was told in Farnham and their advice was very wrong. Lovely bloke measured carefully, discussed different shoes, felt his feet, watched him walk and we left with a pair of shoes the Farnham lady said were only in stock up north. If you’re in the area go to Alton not Farnham.
Been in twice for my little boy to be measured and try to buy some shoes in the sale. Not sure why each time the person (different) who has measured us has been so utterly useless! This weekend every question I asked about sizing or availability of what was on the sale rack would be answered with “I don’t know” and then I’m stood there a bit lost because I’m not a kids shoe expert. So I ask which of these shoes comes in the size I need? “I don’t know” …….
Brings me some shoes, so I ask are they in the sale? “I don’t know”….. (they weren’t)
This sounds like I’m exaggerating. I’ve no faith the measurement was done properly either time given how uninterested in their job the staff there are. Definitely the last time I ever bother with this store.

Went into the Farnham Clark store today as my daughters school shoes were so uncomfortable she couldn't wear them. I was worried the £30 I had paid would have been wasted as she briefly wore them outside. However, the lovely girl that served us spent a long time figuring out what style comfortably suited my daughters foot shape and I was given an exchange with free insoles for a better fit of the new shoes. Thank you very much, a brilliant service and a fantastic pair of comfortable school shoes for my child.
