   Moda in Pelle do not care about their customers. My advice to all would be to AVOID this company at all costs. Purchased a pair of boots from MODA in Pelle and had to return them due to the sizing being completely off. Size 6 was more like a 4.5, crazy. So I returned these boots as soon as I was able to using Royal mail 1st class shipping, they arrived at the warehouse the next day. (shipping cost is the customers responsibility). Moda in Pelle customer service is non existent and after sending several emails to them, I would wait 2 days apart for a generic response of waiting two weeks for a refund. This is unacceptable, waited two after them receiving the unworn goods back. It takes them two weeks to press a button and issue a refund. Seriously don't bother with this brand they're not worth the aggro of chasing to get your money back. Shambolic service and poor communication. My first and LAST time buying from them.
