Every time I collect an order from here, I am kept waiting for 15 minutes or longer. Rude incompetent staff
Cooper's website states the store was supposed to open at 9:00, but it opened about 10 minutes later. Perhaps the store employees didn't know the time, or were busy talking. The store was generally dirty, with a lot of papers on the floor and a lot of dust. Not very welcoming, it is not other JD stores standard.
Good store with friendly and helpful staff. The store doesn't have a massive range but it doesn't provide the most popular items across all the mayor brands. The shoe selection is large and as is my favourite brand Adidas. The colour and styles at JD is great as they have many exclusive designs and they are always that bit special. Love the carrier bags too, always feel special. The points system on the app are also good money saver.
Nice trainers, Staff could be more attentive though, Got served then had to wait while he went to three other customers before going to get my Trainers
Tend to be a little over priced. Always seems busy, too many people not enough staff.
Staff were excellent, had to return a faulty pair of 95's, happy to help and dealt with without delay
Advertised as King of trainers, but I find the range of trainers available all very similar with little variety. Compared to other similar shops I also find them expensive.

The shop is clean and well maintained, not a massive range of products to choose from but this is to be expected bearing in mind the selling area of the shop. Sales assistants very friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars is the unpleasant encounter that I've had with shop manager few months ago who didn't let me buy a pair of trainers because the price on a tag SEEMED to be too low. When questioned what's the actual price she said she can't find it in the system but won't let me buy them for the price from the tag either. I left the shop unimpressed to say the least.
