   I returned a knitted item that was clearly pilling only to be told they would not refund. The manger was called and if Im Honest her cardigan had the worst case of pilling I’ve ever seen!!!! Maybe it’s ok for some but not me. The other assistant was very defensive. If the refund was out her own pocket I could understand. Maybe it’s a new look I’m not sure Eventually they refunded me.

   Nice layout and good selection of women's clothing, with a girls section too which was brilliant for a mother daughter trip. With spacious changing rooms and friendly staff I would shop here again

   I’ve been into New Look twice recently. There was an item I really wanted but they didn’t have my size so the man working in there kindly helped order it to the store for me. I came to collect my item a bit too late and the item had been returned, but the lady who helped me, quickly cancelled that order and reordered another one for me for collection again. I have to say between the first man, the lady the second time and the other ladies who were working in there I was taken back by how friendly, efficient and professional they all were. Which unfortunately can be quite rare in a lot of other shops. Everyone greeted me with a smile. I was asked if I needed help while waiting around the tills for the lady that was dealing with my order and when I left everyone working around the till gave me a smile and said goodbye or to have a nice day, take care etc. Both visits were lovely experiences. They really have a very nice team of people working there.
