Knowledgeable and patient assistant helped me buy trainers for a specific purpose. Good range and colour choice. Direction to most appropriate trainers was helpful are they are very comfortable. Really pleased with product and service.

I went into ECCO recently to buy a new pair of shoes for work. the supervisor there was far more knowledgeable about what shoes and insoles would be good for my plantar fasciitis than many of the others I have spoken to at other high street shoe shops in Winchester. I was really impressed and the shoes have been amazing. Will definitely be back for another pair very soon.
