   I made the mistake of buying a Miele Dishwasher on a Cyber Friday Deal with only delivery and take old machine away service. I contacted Premier and got a quick appointment to plumb my dishwasher but engineer could not do the ingrated wooded part. Following week, the carpenter came and done the job also put the wooden boarding back into place, adjusted machine and I was very pleased. Next time I will buy direct from Premier who offer a complete service.

   Brilliant service and very reasonable! Highly recommend! On contacting Premier Electrics I was greeted with very friendly and helpful staff who managed to book an engineer to visit me the following day after my washing machine broke down. The engineer turned up promptly and was very polite. He made the repair and gave the job his full attention and ensured the unit was in full working order. Having recently had a dish washer breakdown (not brought from Premier electrics and under manufactures warranty) that took 3 visits and 6 weeks to sort - i was delighted just how quickly these guys came out and fix the unit. Hopefully in the future i don't have any other appliances break down but if they do I will not hesitate to contact them again. Great prices and great service. Highly recommended!

   Huge thanks to Scott and Aaron for an impeccable delivery of our new Miele dishwasher and Liebherr fridge. The delivery was at the time suggested and the installation was efficient, clean and both the chaps were friendly, polite and courteous. Good pricing and service from Premier Electrics too. I usually use alternate suppliers but found them to be competitive, responsive and service driven. Happy to recommend you good folks.

   I wish I'd trusted the other bad reviews on Google, but after trying a few other companies who wouldn't repair a Miele washing machine, I gave up and called this lot. An engineer came out on a Friday and told me the door seal was torn and I needed a replacement. He quoted £154, which is a bit high but having paid the £70 callout (which gets deducted from the cost if you accept the quote) I figured it was worth it. He called the office and on speakerphone booked the followup for the next Wednesday and ordered the part. On Wednesday I took the time off and waited. At midday I called the office and was told no appointment was booked. The lady looked into it and said that we shouldn't fit a pattern door seal as originally quoted as it would squeak, and should fit a genuine (more expensive) one. A manager was supposed to call me to arrange this, but didn't. In the meantime they cancelled the appointment and the part order! The lady was quite apologetic and it clearly wasn't her fault, and she promised that a manager would call me. Three days later, and no call. I called Miele myself, and a genuine part would take 5 to 8 working days to arrive from Germany - and of course, still no order has been placed. I've ordered a pattern part myself and I'll fit it using a YouTube video. That's 70 quid down the drain but I've learned a lesson about using companies with bad reviews. To be honest a squeak will be a small price to pay to have a working machine again after what will be nearly two weeks in a house with 3 kids. I'd advise people to steer clear of this company.

   the repair man Dominic was fantastic, really helpful efficient, polite and really nice. Sadly it was recommended I have a new machine and head office quoted £80 more than every other site for the same model despite saying their call out fee would be deducted. A bit of a con. They are lucky to have Dominic work for them. I will order from john Lewes.

   We have been so impressed with Premier Electrics. In a world of terrible customer service, they have stunned us with their amazing service. We ordered a Neff American fridge freezer from them. Excellent communication regarding delivery as well as follow up aftercare. our fridge had a minor manufacturer fault and the good people at Premier electrics dealt with the issue on our behalf quickly and efficiency. Not to the mention their prices were considerably lower than other dealers that we looked at. We will definitely be using them again.
