   Staff are fine, the food and drinks are as usual for Starbucks but it's not kept clean. I am there quite often around 5PM and many times there is not a single clean chair and table to sit at. It's disgusting. I guess they are cutting down on the staff costs but seriously, they need to be cleaning the chairs and tables when people have left.

   Wouldn’t serve me a PSL even though the release date was yesterday. Said I couldn’t have it until tomorrow. Asked for tiramisu latte instead. They said they didn’t have it because they were swapping to PSL. Still didn’t let me have PSL.

   I visited this place twice recently and I had an ice cappuccino. Compare to the other Starbucks stores they don’t make a proper ice cappuccino. The first time I didn’t say anything, the second time I returned my coffee and kindly said to the staff that this is not what you have on the menu, the milk should be foamy on the top of the cup and the coffee sits at the bottom, exactly like the picture above the till, wasn’t even iced as no ice cubes were in the cup. They just poured milk in the cup and then a shot of coffee. The lady on the bar apologised and replaced my coffee with a nice one. Look the pictures to see the difference .

   The most diabolical painful customer experience today. Waiting to pay plus waiting for coffee took almost 30 minutes! It was clear to see the 2 counter staff were struggling to keep up. Add that Starbucks also charge OTT rip off charges has helped make my mind up to never visit the establishment again! Profits more important than supplying ample staff & good customer experience. Adiós Starbucks!

   Very clean Starbucks. Drinks were lovely and promptly prepared by excellent staff. Particular mention for Laura who not only demonstrated excellent customer service, showing genuine interest in customers but also who I witnessed coaching other staff in a real positive way. An excellent role model for others. Well done.
