   As great as ever! Been unlucky with timings recently - always best to check the website to make sure its open. The best coffee in Reading and really tasty food that arrives before you expect it! The owners are absolutely lovely, they really care about the people who visit, if I lived in Kennet Island I would definitely go every day it was open, 100% worth a detour to visit if you live remotely near Reading. :)

   Fidget and Bob’s is hands-down one of the best spots in Reading! Every visit feels like a treat - the food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, whether it’s their incredible brunch dishes, hearty sandwiches, or delicious coffee. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who clearly care about what they do. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. It’s the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or even get a bit of work done while enjoying something genuinely special. Five stars all the way - an absolute gem in Reading!

   I searched "best bacon sandwich near me", Fidget and Bob came up second. When I got there, the choice on the BC sandwich was either BLT or "the Matty" (bacon halloumi, lettuce, tomato and a sauce). So I was a little disappointed, UNTIL.... The price came in and I was even more skeptical £13 for a ice coffee and a bc sandwich... Felt a bit steep.....it was not! Arguably one of the best sandwiches I've had to date! Fresh homemade bread, crispy bacon that was warm and not chewy, the halloumi was squeaky and if I had to guess dry fried (my favorite way to cook it). The sauce was thin but didn't soak the bread. The lettuce was crispy and sweet and the tomatoes were fresh and flavorful. The staff were all lovely and the vibe was nice! Seriously impressed! Only downside was the parking..... Not obvious where you can park near it at all.

   Cozy little cafe perfect for a quick stop for coffee and light bites. We grabbed breakfast - sandwiches, muffins and french toast. Everything was fresh and delicious. A lovely place to refuel for sure!

   Love the place. - The coffee warms up the belly and the heart. - The food is tasty, filling and smells intoxicating. - The staff makes you want to pop in just to say hello. The only thing stopping me from going there every day is that they don't display calories for items on their menu. Fidget & Bob - have a look at this and I'll see you more often :)

   Decent coffee shop, they sell healthy produce, cakes, doughnuts by pippin etc. They have seating outside, a single table inside with breakfast bar tables, and stools. Coffee is OK, the doughnuts are very good as you'd expect, you have to pre order your doughnuts, as delivery is on Saturday. There's limited visitor parking, plus there's a polite notice that you can only sit for 45 mins which means you can't relax for long.
