I occasionally visit this little shop as I work at the nearby business park, find the coffee fairly priced and good taste but while the cakes are from the Lizzie's Bakery brand and are one of my favourites, they are incredibly marked up price wise which is very disappointing.
I lost my water bottle while rushing for the train. I simply asked could I have a cup of tap water as the train was due and was asked if I had a cup. No, no cup. The server then informed me the price would be 15p! Never, in many countries across the globe, have I ever been requested to pay for a glass of water before. Thank you for your meaness, I guess I too can refuse to buy coffee and cakes from your establishments in the future.
Bought a coffee and paninni. Good tasting coffee, paninni nice but not much filling. Expensive should do a lunch deal. Guy serving was pleasant and helpful.
The staff member today on her phone going on about how far she can put a buttplug up her boyfriends crevis is the only reason i will never come back. Absolutely disgusting.

Very rude and things are priced wrong. Went in for something warm while I wait for the train price on it said £3.99 and handed a fiver over, she tried charging me £4.20 when I asked about it she said yes it said £3.99 but they were waiting for new tickets and told me I needed to pay the full price. Only when I asked for a refund she gave me the price shown.
