   Only 3 mins from the M4 but a bit of a weird experience as it's in an industrial estate and is a works cafe. However, coffee and Danish were lovely, loos convenient and clean and a baguette to take away. Nice.

   We have been using Routes Coffee for the last three years at our large scale exhibitions in London. They provide three coffee stations across three floors of Old Billingsgate Market. We have over 1,500 delegates each day with unlimited coffee all day. Our delegates never have to wait long for a drink, which with back to back meetings is great for our delegation. I can honestly say I look forward to having their coffee every time. As a local company it was very important to use a company we could trust and are local to us and Routes are just that company.

   Coffee is the best, absolutely stunning - on pair with best independent coffee shops in the country. Amazing for an office lunch space. Service is friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is is good, very solid for an office canteen type of place. But again - coffee is amazing

   Visited here with my new puppy Stella. I enjoyed a flat white and a friendly chat with the manager Matt. I noticed Stella looked bored and didn't particularly enjoy her water. I suspect she was sulking because I confiscated her favourite toy after she chewed a hole in my sofa. Stella is a puppy and I'm confident she will learn from this experience

   Routes is a small coffeeshop located inside the Spaces office complex on Waterside Drive. Accordingly, I suspect they get very few customers aside from the employees working at Spaces. The staff will happily serve the rare visitor from afield -- in fact, both members of staff I met were very friendly. However, the coffeeshop is very clearly designed to minimise your time in the area if your employer is not renting office space in the building. A laminated sign next to a chess board declares that the area is "STRICTLY for Spaces Business Lounge members ONLY", complete with red ink and underlining for the uppercase words. Though again, I must stress that despite the unfriendly warnings for me to vacate the premises, the employees were quite friendly. I ordered a flat white, which was decent -- no better and no worse than what I might get at any of Routes's big-chain competitors (Greggs, Costa, etc.). What is highly unfortunate, though, is that drinks are offered in takeaway cups only -- despite their seating area and even for workers within Spaces -- a practise which is not very ecologically sustainable.
