I met a friend for lunch today. We both chose the brie and cranberry toastie with bacon. Absolutely delicious. Hope they keep it on the specials menu and not just for Christmas. Great service. Lovely cafe.

Friendly staff, good coffee, great cakes and dog friendly. Quite small with limited seating but additional seating outside for when the weather is kind! Small carpark but more parking over by the green. Well worth dropping in.
I really like this place but found a bit too price for a little town or even village. I was passing by and stopped for a quick lunch. Coffee and slice of puff pastry with cheese £10.9 I don't pay this prices in London. I'm sorry but won't be back again
I stumbled upon this gem whilst out for a bank holiday bike ride with friends. We had hoped we might find a place to have a drink and snack on our route and we were not disappointed! Sat outside in the sunshine, we enjoyed a delicious brunch. We could not quite believe the wonderful menu that we found at The Blackbird Cafe. We’ll be back!
Friendly staff, fab food There is a large choice of tasty options here and the coffee was good too ! Chocolate Almond Croissant was excellent & large !

Great little cafe, the atmosphere is great and they open at 8:30 during the week (apart from Monday) so perfect for straight after the school run. The staff are really helpful and friendly, the food and drink and delicious and they take cards! I'd definitely recommend it if you're passing as you can also get food and drinks to take away.
