They (Reading station - scanned the qr code here) have stopped taking the app which is really annoying. Starbucks franchises should be required to else what is the point. Sad thing is that they used to take it but for whatever reason they now don’t. Sort it out franchise owner / Starbucks. If you don’t plan to again, put a sign up!!
Marzena and the other lady (dont know her name) are exceptionally great at their job and are the reasons for the success of this branch. Very friendly and nice customer service, would highly recommend
They don't take discounts just because they don't want to. Ok, right, let's say we accept that. But they don't accept their own Starbucks app, that's ridiculous. I've never seen that in any Starbucks. Food many times is served cold, the other day I had to explain how to heat a roll to a barista. The employees are alright, but it's quite obvious something is not great from the managers side. Shame because it is located in a very useful spot, but I'll avoid
Mixed feelings about this visit, the girl taking the orders not really caring or paying any attention to the people she was taking orders from, while the girl making and serving the drinks was friendly friendly and polite, so first experience not very nice but finished the right way..
I had an excellent experience at Starbucks. The coffee was perfectly made—smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive; the staff were warm, attentive, and quick, which made the whole visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. Overall, everything from the quality of the drinks to the customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
Usually the starbucks I have in various places is cheaper comparatively. Also for the toastie the price was showing 3.80 but I have been charged 5.40 I didnt noticed till I left the place. Never going back to that place.
I took coffee today and I really enjoyed it. It was the first time I took Starbucks coffee and I’ll recommend it for everyone
Dreadful service. Ordered a simple tea and it was half empty. So expensive too. Whoever serviced me was awful didn’t catch her name. Poor customer service.
Yet AGAIN couldn’t order my drink - there’s always an excuse “machines not working”, “haven’t got the right cups”, “haven’t got ice”, “haven’t got the syrup”… how does this place stay in business? What makes it worse is the arrogance and bad attitude of the staff. Shocking!
If you ever find yourself desperate for a coffee and you're ok to queue for ages and then wait for ages to actually get what you've ordered and you're also prepared to miss your train, then you'll be fine going here. Otherwise go anywhere else, it'll be quicker.
