I paid two visits, first one to look at the range of TV's available. Knowledgeable staff were happy to discuss the various makes and models available. I decided at home, then went back a couple of days later to purchase the ideal one for my home. I found the staff very friendly and helpful on both visits, l arranged home delivery and set-up which went well. I am delighted with my purchase and glad l shopped there.

I was essentially scammed out of £899 by a broken laptop. They refused to replace it, claiming the 30-day warranty had expired (which is when I paid). They ignored the fact that I only RECEIVED the laptop in store 10 days ago (because it was out of stock when I paid). When I called customer service at the store, the manager called me stupid and didn't care. If I paid 30 days ago, then the warranty started 30 days ago, not when I received the item in store.

I went to this store to buy a new printer, and I did not have any real knowledge of what was the best product for my needs and family as we wanted a printer that was top class and would last a very long time. As I enter into the Curry's store in Kingways, I was approached by the very talented and loverly Sabah, who was first class and very helpful, she listened to me and my needs and through her excellent listening skills, she suggested a Cannon Printer that was perfected and she offered me care and repaired exampling why it important to have cover incase things goes wrong and she was corrected and I did just this. Sabah had such a brilliant customer services skills, she was very friendly with wonderful people skills. She went beyond and above. Truly is perfect at her job and Currys need more individuals like herself. I brought the Cannon printer with cover. She truly needs to be mentioned and if she is not by Curry highlighted for her excellent in her role. I shall be very disappointed in Currys. She needs to be mentioned and I WOULD like to see her become a MANGER ONE DAY AS I can see great leadership in her duties. Sabah Thank you so much you are a very bright star.

I wanted to leave some positive feedback, not every experience I’ve had is like this but I left the store happy today! I was specifically helped by Rich W who had lots of customers to deal with upstairs, he still spent as much time as was needed with us and updated other people on how long he would be. He then took us over to Angela who was lovely in taking our payment. Thank you both. I would say that some of the staff downstairs could support on different areas as the rest of the store was empty and Rich was running about trying to serve multiple people, he was a star! ⭐️

Extremely poor service. Bought a appliance for home along with the installation charges.when the engineer came in he mentioned he wasn’t qualified for that job. And then while contacting him he rescheduled himself for some other day without contacting me. When curry’s is giving contract to a 3rd party company for the repair and installation they should make sure that they provide atleast an update to a customer… Never expected this kind of customer service from Curry’s.. Very disappointed!!

Went in to purchase a toaster, should have been simple but left without a toaster due to incorrect pricing and staff not bothered about honouring this because she couldn’t have cared less. Ticket in-front of a toaster displayed Black Friday £25 off so I chose this and took it to the till which came up the full price. I went back upstairs to check id not misread it and I hadn’t. Went back to the til and the staff member asked me to show her and she took a picture of the ticket with the reduced price on. Back at the til she told me it didn’t match the toaster despite the product code of the toaster being the same on the box and the ticket. I pointed this out and she just shrugged at me, I couldn’t be bothered to go back upstairs a 3rd time to show her the box matched the display toaster so left empty handed. Disappointing that she didn’t care enough to honour the price and also didn’t care about helping a customer who was stood with 2 young children. Wont be returning and will just order online from elsewhere next time.
