I went to the store yesterday to collect an order I had made for collection, to be met with an employee who incorrectly entered the verification code into the system multiple times - which ended up cancelling my order. This order was placed through Creation, so not only could I not make another order through the application, (as the credit remaining was still pending) I was then told by the store manager that there was nothing that they could do, my only other option was to "buy one" So that is exactly what I did, I purchased a PS5 Pro with 3 £20 gift cards, only to be met by ANOTHER issue processing the gift cards which again, cancelled my order and left me over £800 out of pocket combined with the failed Creation order as well as the in-store purchase. I was told again, there was nothing that they could do. The store manager was very patronising and rude which just added insult to injury. Your store manager is very poor at his job and lacks basic customer service skills and this will be going to the media.

Went for a sweep on my phone as it was hacked. Very nice staff, as I'm disabled they found a chair for me to sit on and I was feeling a bit wobbly so they got me some water. No toilets and standing only. Plenty of parking included disabled bays. Very big store with a great range of appliances that you can buy straight away

I nipped into this branch of Curry's/PC world, to have a look at what MacBook Air or pro options were available to myself in the store. It's something I am looking at getting being a musician and a member of the sound tech team at the local theatre. They only had two on display both the same size and model 13.6 inch MacBook Air 256gb.. (only one of which were functional).. after waiting around looking at all the Mac options, open to possibly spending money on one, not one member of staff, (of which I saw two free nearby who saw me), thought of asking me if I was interested in what I was clearly looking at and testing. Shame, they have lost a sale there. I admit I didn't seek help, but think this is a miss on their part. I was also disappointed not to be able to find or see the larger sized options of MacBooks and different variants, as I was interested in comparing the small and larger screens and air vs pro options before deciding.

We visited this store to buy a new fridge freezer. Sandy the assistant that helped us was outstanding. In future I will ask for Sandy. Some of the other assistants could learn something from her, they seem to stand around gossiping with each other and ignoring customers.

This is more about the website - which doesn't specially state if something is out of stock in store and misleadingly suggests you can collect (when it actually means you can place and order, and they need to fetch it from somewhere else first). I've wasted time, petrol and over a day without the product I wanted which now has to be delivered instead. Just say on your website if the store physically has it in stock or not - your staff (who are helpful btw and very friendly) have the ability to see it in their tablets, why doesn't the customer have that on the website?

Staff were super helpful, got what we wanted within 5 mins and the chap on the till explained how I was trying to use an online card in a real store and that I couldn't do that but was polite about it.

Purchased a laptop on 27th if December that subsequently turned out to be out of stock. It was order to come into the store. An hour later the order was cancelled and my credit card still charged. 15 days later after many calls to their overseas customer service and finally a visit to the store demanding money and a threat of legal action they have refunded me. I would have given a 0 star rating if it was possible.

Brilliant store, came to buy a coffee machine. The young guy on the counter was very knowledgeable, very funny and very chatty. Will always be my port of call for anything electrical. Thanks currys, love the coffee machine as well.
