   I have never known such a rude, nasty company to deal with. They rarely answer the phone, don’t reply to emails, deliver the wrong item and refuse to exchange. If you are looking for good customer service, then avoid them like the plague, I would never buy anything from them. Absolutely vile company to deal with and Jamie the Sales Manager is just plain nasty and rude.

   Had my new bed delivered yesterday, 6/8/25, from going into the shop to choose a bed base and headboard to delivery was all smooth, the delivery men put the new bed together and took my old bed base away , really excellent service. Thanks

   These guys are the best! So helpful and friendly, only took about 5 minutes from walking in and walking out with a perfect mattress. They listened to my budget, offered excellent advice and didn't try to over sell. I won't go anywhere else for my beds from now on.

   Great service given staff friendly but leave you to browse help when needed good deals given 2 man team delivered and built my bed they were very friendly and knowledgeable also we had selected the prestige (where the base is made stronger) this is built at home they called when on route so we were ready with a clear room when they arrived. Better service than main high street big names This is the super king size manhatten bed frame in namely slelate grey

   Second time ordering from Phil4Beds - moved to a bigger home and needed a new bed. Experience at the showroom was great, they helped us choose the right mattress and arranged for it to be delivered after we moved in. Delivery chaps were lovely, the bed arrived exactly as we had ordered and we are so pleased with it - it’s really comfortable and looks gorgeous too. Would highly recommend.
