Hello, I would like to leave a review on the food I have just ordered. I ordered a lamb patia, peas pilau and naan bread from the Bramley inn and from the moment I ordered it was very quick, efficient and to the point, once I had received my food it was piping hot, very good consistency and exactly what I ordered. Once I had returned back home and opened the foods, I was amazed at the quality, the smells and the aesthetic of the food from the naan breads to my rice. It was absolutely perfect and I could not fault them at all. The staff were very polite and also arrive with my food very promptly. But also it was very hot so it was not rushed five star to the people in the Bramley inn and the spice room
I've had takeaway a few times from here since opening, and decided to try dining in last night with some family visiting. I've tried a few Indians in the local area, and the food at the Bramley Spice Room is definitely the best in my opinion. The food and friendly service were 5 star. Overall I've given 4 star as the decor and facilities could do with some improvement for a more authentic Indian dining in experience, and I think this would really help bring more local customers in. Having said that I would definitely dine in again now, and although we weren't the only group dining in on a Friday evening (one of two) I would recommend opting for the dine in rather than takeaway for the excellent food and service, and to support our local curry house.
I cannot recommend this food enough. It is so flavourful, the portion sizes are generous and you won’t regret eating from here. The prices are very reasonable too. We had a takeaway which is why I couldn’t really rate the atmosphere. Other than to say the staff were super friendly and attentive when I ordered and collected our food. 10/10
Very welcoming and friendly staff, amazing food particularly the lamb karahi, authentic taste and great service, highly recommended. The best Indian food in Basingstoke hands down. Thanks spice room team for a fantastic evening will be back soon.
