   Rayaan is the expert very technical guy. Fixed audi headlight. Thought it was straightforward but car headlight unit was stuck which was very patiently handled and fixed. Very experienced calm and collected. Amazing job. Fitted all perfect. Great attitude. Thanks a lot. Incredible service.

   A HUGE thank you to Brad and Rayaan at Halfords Winnersh! Yesterday I stopped at Halfords Winnersh to replace my wiper blades and an extremely dull, almost-out headlight, and paid for the headlight to be fitted for me - it was already dark, and I was about to drive four hours home for Christmas (only my third time on the motorway, so I was quite nervous!). Rayaan came out to fit it for me, but found that the headlight casing wouldn’t budge, and was worried I’d have to take it to a garage to change it by removing my bumper and wheel arch. Rather than giving up, he got his supervisor Brad to come and have a look. Brad worked at it for a very long time before calling Rayaan back over so that they could work on it together. Finally, after almost an hour, my headlight was fitted and everything was where it was supposed to be! They were SO kind to work as hard as they did for as long as they did, out in the cold, when they simply could’ve told me to take it somewhere else, and Brad (very humbly) said afterwards that he couldn’t have let me drive home without a light. I’m so, so SO grateful to them both - I had a lovely safe drive home last night and get to spend Christmas with my family, all thanks to them! Thank you thank you thank you!

   So grateful to Halfords Winnersh, we must have spent an hour trying bikes with our 3 year old to make sure we were getting the right size for his first bike. Pick up no problem - in and out in 5 minutes

   I booked a car seat consultation today and it was just brilliant. Connor was fantastic, he listened to what I needed and was very patient and hugely knowledgeable.    Massive thank you to the Bike Tech this week. Clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about bikes. Dealt with my bike and questions in very professional and friendly manner. He also dealt with another customer at the same time and was very patient with their many questions. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. But just a big thank you!

   Click and collect doesn't work. There's no way to contact the store aside from the useless Halfords chatbot. Came into the store to find out half my stuff wasn't available and would be reordered for next week. Not the sharpest tools in the shed. Was told to expect a call when it came in but nothing.. had to go into store AGAIN and it'd been there for days. Adding Halfords to my list of never deal with again along with PC world!

   Used click and collect service. Products showed as in stock at my local store, and order was supposed to be ready for 9am next day. Order status did not get updated, so 2 days later I went in, and they had to go out the back to pull the order together. I got what I ordered, but this was not a click and collect service.

   Halfords senior management -PLEASE SORT out your CLICK AND COLLECT system. Judging by the number of ONE star reviews on the Winnersh store associated with click and collect.I can only assume no senior staff that are responsible for customer care in Halfords actually read and action their customers comments. My own experience was that I checked that the store had my items in stock and placed my order .I truly expected that iI would be contacted quickly . I was wrong ,after 2 days having had no communication I went to the store , the cashier basically did not know why I had not received an email that the items were ready for collection and said it was likely a computer fault. The items were described by me and found in the collection cupboard behind the till. Pity there was no sign of an apology in there too! Maybe a visit to Screwfix to see how well their C and C system works should be made by senior management.

   Thank you very much for the great service today. Elliott was friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable and tested and changed my old car battery for a new one. I don't know much about cars but he wasn't patronising in any way at all and helpfully answered my questions with no judgement. Gave me great advice for future journeys and he also topped up my oil too. Definitely would use Halfords in Winnersh again if this service is anything to go by. I was not asked to do this review, but I felt I had to after such great service!
