   I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by John Matthew. I went to Marshall Honda Reading on 18 December because of a recall. While I was waiting next to the service reception, John came out from the office to greet me and explained to me about the recall. Since my car's annual service was near, I asked if they could do it on the same day. John was very patient, he checked the schedule and arranged it right away. He kept me updated about the work through SMS. When I collected my car, I mentioned some issues of it. He took them to heart and helped me fixed the problems. Throughout the entire service process, John demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and sincerity. He patiently responded to all of my inquiries, and made sure I understood the condition of my car. His genuine attitude and care really impressed me. My experience with Honda service was extremely positive. Thank you very much!

   Bought my car 2 weeks ago was told to contact service team to add 5 years service plan. Called the next day was told they will call me back. Not receive any call back for a week. Went there on Wednesday directly spoke with one of the member in the service team John and was told he needs to check with Sales. Not having call back for 3 days. Sent an email to Branch Manager Johnny still waiting for reply. Update 24/11: Got a call from John today and explained about the service plan was offered £799 4 years for used car. Still waiting for service history to be added to my Honda+ account. Update 28/11: Had a call and was told due to system issue the service record wont be able to obtain for the next few weeks...

   Very friendly group of guys and gals My daughter purchased her first bike from Jake, and you couldn't ask for a better person. Explained everything in detail, even giving her tips and advice. She went to 3 honda dealers to look, over a 100 mile day trip, lets say that some other dealers need to take a leaf out of these guys book (CHESWICK). If your looking to spend your hard earned cash make the journey to Marshalls Reading.
