This company might be great if something doesn’t wrong but we were one chair short and what a shambles trying to get another sent. The worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Steve answers the phone saying “hello” and not actually saying the company name. Odd. Julie the office manager returned none of my calls after nearly a week of waiting for the chair and for someone to tell me what was going on. No one bothered to chase or reassure me I was left to chase them at every stage. I had to ask for an apology. Pretty shocking experience in this day and age.
