Apparently spending Β£30+ in Waitrose, then grabbing a sandwich and bottle of water to eat at one of their tables isn't enough. By the way, the sandwiches and drinks are located directly opposite the serving area leading one to think..........? Anyway, was more or less ordered to buy something else from the 'cafe' by the Blokfurher in charge and got told I was rude by her rude understudy who had been hiding during the time I was waiting to be served (ignored in other words) Couldn't make it up. Waitrose Manager - feel free to "reach out" as you like to put it. Im happy to make it official.

Quality products, excellent and very helpful staff. Clean and bright shop, with modernised wine department. A very good cafe starting with breakfast and then meals/ snacks throughout the day. Very clean toilets. Large on site car park and very busy at times 7/04/2025 Cafe not very busy at the time of our visit. Simple breakfast items ordered today. Two pastries and scrambled egg on toast.

My first time shopping in Waitrose Chandler's Ford. I visited the Ladies toilets, clean but unfortunately both soap dispensers were empty. I didn't expect this in a Waitrose. And they were not serviced when I visited again after eating in the cafe. My husband and I ordered advocado and smoked salmon but your assistant apologised that there was no salmon in the whole store. Our second choice was the sausage roll which was delicious when heated 10/10. The Americano was 8/10 and 9/10 for the tea. The cafe atmosphere was not very inspiring and quite cold.

Always a little cold when sat down and stationary, so worth a coat or similar. Staff are excellent as usual and food always good. On this visit I had the curried soup. Full of flavour and I always want more the one portion, so tasty!

Waitrose was reasonably busy when we arrived today. The fish counter was closed due to an measures beyond Waitrose control. One thing Δ° have noticed is that there seems to be more gaps on the shelves than usual. Maybe the lack of lorry drivers is taking its toll on supplies. But everything we wanted was there. The staff as usual were working hard to replenish supplies and the store always looks clean and we'll maintained. Δ°t will be even better once the cafe opens again. Waitrose always gets blamed for high prices, and you do pay more for quality, but there are some reasonable prices around the store. We were happy with the prices and items that we bought. Being a Waitrose card holder Δ° also got a free Sunday paper. That is appreciated. All in all a store Δ° will return to again.

Not a nice experience shopping today 9 am at this grocery. I have a discount voucher from Waitrose , I hand in one of them to the counter lady just enough for me to get the discount but she didnβt scan it but then asked me to give her the whole booklet , she took another 2nd voucher She scan only one of them and put those Two voucher on her drawer. Upon seeing that, I said Iβm sorry but youβre meant to get one voucher only, she didnβt return it back to me and she answered β because we are nice thatβs why Iβm giving you a good discountββ.. woaahh! I was shocked! What a cheat Big Liar. I have complaint this matter to the reception, they said I was right upon checking my receipt , they said they will speak to the counter lady and sort it out. ..Weβll, take out experience today was really Bad , this lady counter was dishonest and no guilt , itβs just so embarrassing, So sad.

Very helpful staff. Clean store. But not a very good selection. selection. It's OK to pick up a few items. But too expensive to do a full shop.

We dropped in to The Kitchen for a quick breakfast of coffee and croissants and were not disappointed by the quality of food and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. My only complaint is the temperature in the cafe - probably around 15/16Β°C. Brrrrr! This is not the first time we have experienced it so cold here - it's the reason we stopped coming here regularly.

Shame on you Waitrose. Young lady Big Issue seller standing NO WHERE NEAR your store entrance and doing no harm other than trying to make ends meet and a middle aged male grey haired member of staff seems to be hassling her to move. Sure at Easter - time of forgiveness - would have been better to give her some help. Lost my custom.

Good selection, some items are pricey, but if you have a look around there are some bargains too. Have found the self life on the fresh veg is poor and go off very quickly, as for the meat products, my family like them. Food bought here doesn't go to waste in our house as its consumed quickly. There wasn't much to choose in the veg section as the buckets were empty. So had to go somewhere else to shop for veg.
