Not the best coffee, I prefer Starbucks.

stopped by Costa Coffee for brunch and had such a nice experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. The coffee was perfectly made — smooth and rich, just how I like it. The café was clean and had a really relaxed atmosphere, great for catching up with friends or getting some quiet time. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a great spot for a cozy brunch — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a fall outside of this Costas last evening 16/10/25 We were heading there for a hot drink. One young staff member was so lovely to me. Gave me a big bag of ice for my knee & glass of water. Asked if I needed anything else. Another staffed member gave me first aid dressings. *Head Office please note that they are to be acknowledged & commended for their professionalism & kindness.

Visited this Costa at a very busy time in the city (Sunday morning in the Summer holidays, with passengers from cruise ships and others going to football matches). We were so impressed with the efficiency, kindness and friendly attitude of the staff - thank you. I believe we were served by Dion and colleague.

My son is autistic and wanted a chocolate fudge frappe but they explained they couldn't make frappes because hey didnt have the powder ut instead made him a milk shake type thing with oat milk and chocolate powder and ice. Very accommodating and I didn't have a son who was having a melt down. Thank you

Great service at the till, but understaffed so the tables were not cleared regularly.

Not many options for vegetarians . They only had a cheese and cranberry sandwich but i don't like cranberry. There was a cheese and ham sandwich so i asked if they could remove the ham and there was a 5 minute hesitation and back and forth about that because the "can't remove the ham". I ended up going to Starbucks which is next door and has more vegetarian options.

The Food and coffee are fine. Service bit on the slow side in my experience. Would allocate 20 minutes of waiting time if you need to catch a train afterwards.

I had a lovely toasted sandwich and very nice coffee. Great place to stop before the train

These guys and girls are the best! I visit almost every weekend before my work trip to London and their service and welcoming nature is fantastic. I just have to walk in the door and they’ll yell my regular order out for prepping before I say a word! The regular barista even put together my coffee in record time so I’d make my train at the last minute.
