    Pushy insurance tactics: Went in to buy an Xbox controller. The staff member selling tried to push the 3 years extended warranty by claiming that the buttons get stuck. When we said we would be fine without it he went silent for the remaining transaction. I get there are sale targets - but staff should be put in the position where they resort to silent treatment because customers avoid buying something they don't need. Controller works fine. And if it does get stuck, humans invented WD40...

    I was served by an employee called Craig. He was friendly, very helpful and patient when I was shopping for a laptop. The product I wanted was not in stock so Craig helped arrange for me to collect it from another branch the same day.

    I went to the store to see the product before I buy, I asked the staff if I can return , he confirmed I can several time when he gave me the written policy it says I should NOT open the product in order to return it. I cancelled the order immediately still curry deducted the money from my bank. The sales man was dishonest the worse place to think of when buying please please please never buy from this dishonest company

    One star need I say more !! Yes I think that I will. I purchased a phantom washing machine that never arrived. That no one at Curry's could help me with when contacting them. Refunded without telling me that the phantom washing machine was not going to be delivered. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I am certain that this will happen to someone. I will never use Curry's for anything. Just a time wasting company that has no respect for the customer. They have also blocked my calls to the company too.

    Got what I needed when I went in. It was easy to find someone to help when I went in. The person I spoke to was called Catherine, a young Irish girl, she was knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all the questions I had to ask about the mobile phone I was in to look at. She showed me prices, different deals on different networks and also let me know about options I had for insurance. The store was nice and bright and easy to navigate. It was not busy when I went in, I believe it was just after 4pm, and I had managed to park easy enough in the large carpark outside. It said there was a 2 or 3 hour time limit on the sign I had seen, but I wasn't planning on being there that long. There are other stores so I guess it could be possible to be there longer than permitted! There is even a New Burger King drive thru nearby if I decided I had worked up a bit of a hunger! Thanks to Catherine for all your help with my new phone adventure!

    Good parking space, quality products and good customer service. I bought a Samsung phone, and the attendants made good product presentations detailing all I needed about the products, insurance and policy. However, more needs to be done in price signage to help customers find what they want to buy.

    Nicely set out store. Customer service isn’t the best and product knowledge isn’t the best at all. After wondering about aimlessly for about 40 I had to go and ask someone for help then waited a further 10 minutes for a person to become free this is while employee’s walked past multiple times not even asking if I needed a hand or anything. I Was looking for a coffee machine and the person knew nothing about coffee machines because they don’t drink coffee. so went and asked someone else waited for over 15 minutes and ended up walking out. Looks like I’ll be using Amazon or online stores to find a machine. I have been in the retail sector for over 10 years and if that was my store I would not be happy with the CS report at all.

    Had a staff that was wonderful, made sure we had everything we wanted and gave us information on whatever we asked. But got denied when it got to the payment check out asked what the problem was and was told that they cant say. Now how am i supposed to know to do the correct thing when next i come. Also went straight to another store and go the same thing and payment was no hassle.
