   Spoke to someone through mostly solutions ltd, they got in contact with this garage and got my car in the next day. I needed my clutch replaced and i rely heavily on my car for work, they were so understanding and helpful when communicating. Abdul dealt with my car and ensured me that he will be able to get it done the same day. Received my car a few hours later and they had performed a vehicle health check free of charge! Great service and communication from all teams involved

   Absolutely disgusting! I booked a gold service through this garage via service stop, Total SCAM!! I was telephoned from service stop asking me for more than £700 extra to fix various issues, my car was only booked in for a service, The garage said I should take it up with Service stop however this garage is allowing this SCAM and enabling them, I was advised that the oil and filter had been changed, no invoice! just a dodgy Stamp in my service history book! DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE COMPANIES ! BEWARE!!

   I have a bad experience with them. I booked a full service for my Nissan X-Trail with Servicing Stop, and they give me service through Falcon Auto Centre. They charged me an extra £379.15 for brake fluid and other work, claiming it was necessary and I paid the amount. The service report they provided looks like a copy-paste template. It states that all work was completed, including filter changes, but my car’s issues remain unresolved and the filters were clearly not changed. They also claimed to have stamped my service book, but no stamp was made. I’ve tried to complain multiple times, but received no response. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring customer concerns. I strongly advise others not to trust on them. Their reports are misleading, and they do not deliver the service they promise.

   My wife's car was serviced there through ServicingStop. She was called and the guy rattled some technical info that was required. She didn't know what it was and neither gave explicit approval. Invoiced £300 extra for unnecessary work. Avoid these con artists

   I will be reporting this company to trading standards charge me over £400 for tell me my car passed its MOT when I get the car back it clearly states it failed… then switches their phone off when I try and call to complain

   I went to get my car serviced and MOT when I left my car auto start/stop sensor stopped working, just because Abdul created more work for himself and took £80 for sensor which he broke on first place. Also threaten me when I will come back next time he will use cheap goods/ try to damage the car. I end up pay £80 and told him I will never come to his workshop, Abdul reply was thank you very much, as a shame very very very extremely poor customer service, I will post this everywhere so customer should know what a rubbish and rude customer service plus they damage your car. Plus steal from your car. #never going back
