Tasty sourdough sandwich and good coffee. Rated the atmosphere 2 stars due to a bit of kitchen cooking greasy smell is in the dining hall.

It is a nice little cafe, the food is pretty good and the coffee is amazing! The kitchen opens at 8:30 but before that you can get drinks. You have to order the food at the counter. When it is sunny the sun goes right in your eyes in the cafe but it was fine, and they moved us

A very nice place to have a coffee with a pretty interior and lots of natural lighting. The lattes and cappuccinos were around £3.90 which could be a little on the pricier side but you do get a quite a large sized cup. There was also a selection of home baked goods from around £3-4.50. It is quite quiet around 9-10 but does start filling up around 11 to midday and may be more difficult to get a seat.

I Highly Recommend Edison’s!!! We tried the iced coffee and another drink at Edison’s, and both were absolutely delicious. But the real standout was the Dubai chocolate pancake, it was out of this world! Rich, indulgent, and perfectly made. The atmosphere was amazing and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the overall vibe was amazing. This place truly feels like a hidden gem in Southampton. I highly recommend stopping by.

This is a very beautifully decorated cafe located in the center of Southampton. I discovered it by chance, to take refuge from a downpour on an autumn day, and I have to admit that thanks to a croissant and a hot cappuccino, I was able to revive after being drenched in rainwater. To see the rain in the street through its large windows is one of my best memories of the little time I spent in this city.

I had seen some bad or, possibly fake, reviews about this place in the local press so I decided to see for myself. It’s located at the bottom end of the High Street in the city - opposite the Holyrood Church. It’s a nicely decorated, clean and easily accessible place for wheelchair users. It serves a great choice of coffee, pastries and some alcoholic beverages too. The snacks are quality labels. There are vegan options available as well. The cakes looked especially appealing in their glass domed covers! The toilet is downstairs of mixed use but is very clean and highly decorated. I was welcomed and provided with table service for my stay. There is also a sofa seat on one side and seats for about 30. I had an Americano coffee with a croissant. The coffee tasted really good. Overall a pleasant experience. I’m happy to recommend it.

Excellent place for coffee and cake in Southampton. This place is what was missing on the High Street at Southampton - barista coffee and handmade cake. Cakes are not overly sweet and you also have the option of a variety of Hoxton’s bakehouse buns. Nice decor and ambiance.

Very warm welcome. Perfect cafe latte and pastry. Really enjoyed, great atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Went back later on in the morning to have a second coffee, went for flat white which was also great.

Newly opened coffee shop with a good selection of cakes and drink. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Flat white is excellent. It has become my favourite place for a coffee.
