   Dissapointed. Cashless for starters but no signs stating this. Drinks were a hot chocolate which was tasteless but hot, iced gingerbread mocha latte, which again was tasteless apart from the pile of sprikle on top which needed a shovel to remove. (Other drinks were purchased and fine).The menu board was so fast that it was difficult to read even thpugh we adked for it to be slowed down. . There were obvious signs of damage to the counter which could of repaired as looked like it had been this way for a while. The young lady who served us was polite and friendly in neat appearance, as for the otherstaff that we saw which was 3 other youngsters they did very little to keep the seating area clean. Most of the lounge seating on the left had tables were filled with empty cups etc the floor had not been swept clean recently and one other table was occupied. We sat on the right which was empty and cleared of crockery but tables had no been hygeinically wiped down and again food on floor. It was not overly busy and were inside for 2 and half hour not 1 member of staff came out to clear & wipe down any tables. I used the unisex toilet which was pretty clean and in fair condition. But when i washed my hands and headed to the dryer i saw how dirty the flooring and wall was underneath. This didnt look like it had been cleaned in a long while. I cant say id reccommend this place to others. But ok as a pit stop.

   I don’t personally go to Starbucks because I disagree with their stance on Palestine and the fact they don’t take cash (which is still legal tender) but the people I support like to come here, so I do go with them. I’m only giving this a high rating because of the guy who served us today and multiple times in the past. He is genuinely compassionate, patient and really kind. His attitude and customer service makes the visit so much better for the people I support, and he deserves recognition for that. Thank you

   With order in store and on the drive thru, I find the store can be quite chaotic. We did manage to get a table and no complaints with the food or coffee. However I found the wait for our drinks was quite excessive for 2 coffees. The car park is quite small but plenty of parking on the surrounding roads also.

   Starbucks, Totton, Southampton. Newly open branch, nice sign on the door saying ‘closed due to staff shortages, drive they only, could understand it if it was an independent but Starbucks should have this under control! Will try again another time & report back. This place has upped its game & is now thriving. New pics added from my latest visit.
