“A gem of a café. Hidden away on an enterprise estate, seek it out as the food is exactly what you hope to find for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Only one smashed avo item on the menu but plenty of bacon, sausages, eggs, cheese, beans and delicious granary toast. Staff are friendly and chatty creating a lovely atmosphere.”

“Elsabel cafe dose not disappoint had the best afternoon tea for a family gathering I have ever tried. Sandwiches and cakes were so professional and of such a high standard was more like a afternoon tea from a posh New forest establishment. Owner and family could not have done more for us welcoming and friendly made the table soo pretty for my mum's birthday.Would highly recommend a try ,you will be hard pushed to find better even for twice the price .”

“Ordered from Totton Grill via JustEat this evening. We ordered their meal for 2 - consisting of a tandoori hot pizza and a chicken kebab and we also ordered some chicken wings. (The meal also came with 2 drinks and we got a FREE cheesy garlic bread.) We live about a 20 minute drive away but the food was delivered piping hot by one of the friendliest delivery drivers I've ever chatted with! Pizza was cooked to perfection as was the kebab. Couldn't find a way to edit the salad options on the kebab via just eat so left a note for the store which they followed to the letter. The wings are proper wings, not the defrosted Iceland wings so many take aways use and were full of flavour! The £6 delivery charge and £30 minimum spend is fair considering the distance. If nobody else was ordering for delivery in my neck of the woods that's a 40 min round trip for one delivery so £6 is actually a steal. Can't understand the few negative reviews on here but cycle through my other reviews and you'll see I'm honest to the maximum when I review. Will definitely order from here again!”

“We were really impressed with this cafe. We came in for an early dinner after coming off the ferry before driving home. There's a good menu with some nice home comforts. Prices are brilliant and the staff were really friendly. Our food came fairly quickly and the portion sizes were great and the quality was much better than I expected. My fish pie was delicious with loads of fish. Had apple crumble with lashings of custard for dessert. Shame it closes at 6.”

“Located in a quite spot, this place has its own parking so no hassles when you arrive. The menu options are well laid, with table service as standard. The staff is really helpful and polite. I visited with family and was pleasantly surprised that nothing we asked for was too much for them - baby chair, veg options, or tweaking the sandwich that little bit extra. Other than the excellent food, there is a charity hut at the rear garden. You can contribute at the main desk when you come in to the cafe.”

“I ordered an all day breakfast to eat in with a cup of tea. Be prepared as this breakfast isn't small! Cooked lovely, good quality and the girls who work in Mo's are all lovely. The hot lunch menu is worth trying too. The prices are reasonable. I recommend you visit.”

“Lovely old pub. Nice selection of beers on tap plus bottles. Decent selection of spirits and wines. Food is great on the Friday nights. I've not been in on a Sunday. I'd love to be able to come on a Saturday but I think the "leave them wanting more" mentality is at play here. Thanks for keeping this place open. It's lovely to be able to walk from Marchwood to a nice pub.”

“Had the Gingerbread Latte as part of their Christmas menu and it was delicious. The two little gingerbread men were an amazing touch! The staff were incredibly friendly and my drink was made quickly. Would recommend for a nice quiet spot to sit and relax”

“I have been meeting a friend here for lunch once a month for a few months now. The menu is really interesting to look through and lots of great things to choose from. Everything we have eaten at the Salmon Leap has been delicious and we look forward to going back next month. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the food and the atmosphere are both terrific.”

“Recently changed hands and the place is much better. The menu is fab if you love pies and Yorkshire puddings, if not then there are a few other choices and some specials too. The pies are delicious. The yorkies are delicious too - all stuffed with yummy, hearty and comfy fillings. Two choices of pies - some from a local farm - some made on-site. We had the ones from the local farm and they were delicious. The interior is a little random and quirky - perhaps they will change this over time.”
