   Was towed here by RAC on their recommendation following car running issue. They quickly diagnosed the issue as being with the timing chain and advised this would require several days to obtain parts and complete the work. Very grateful to LD Garage for expediting the repair as I desperately needed the car to move house at the end of the week. Great communication throughout and I found the cost reasonable for the parts & labour required. Thank you again.

She set clear expectations, asked me to come in on Monday morning, and was very well informed and thorough. The work was completed promptly, and the communication was great.    Great garage with reasonable prices and extremely quick turn around! Had my clutch go on my 2014 Seat Ibiza so booked it in with LD and they got it replaced in under 4 hours for me after dropping the car off. Highly recommend this garage and I will be going back for any further work that might need doing to my car.

   I tried to use the garage first time and booked for to do the timing change work. Given me a date after 2 weeks. I was desperately waiting for to get it done the work, I took the car on my booking day and left the car there. An hr later ph call comes and said they can’t do the work because the guys didn’t turned up. How knowing was that! It was so unreliable. Not only that they said to me they will ring me in a few days to rebook again, but it’s been 10 days now, they never did. I won’t recommend this garage, people are rood too front of the customers they are swearing I did like it that.

   Extremely disappointed with LD Garage Service. RAC towed my car last 23rd July as the clutch Pedal was stuck on the Floor. RAC dropped it off at this garage and they tried to fix it twice yet it still didn't work. Brian told me to return the car if the problem still exist, but have to wait for more than a week to get a slot, then only to know from him that it cannot be repaired on that day and had to wait for another 3-4 days. The car was left outside and parked in the road side in a double yellow lines, luckily didn't get a fine. Another thing is, Brian need to learn a good manner in speaking with the customer specially over the phone, very unprofessional. I've had to pull out my car that day and bring it to a different garage, such a waste of money. Based on what I have experience, I will not use and recommend this garage to anyone. Thankfully, the other garage where I transferred my car to was so helpful and very professional to speak with.
