   My wife and I just had lunch here today. The young lady taking our orders and serving us was absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and friendly service! The pub atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. The food was excellent as well. No problem parking with adequate parking in the car park. We highly recommend this pub.

   This may well be a nice pub, unfortunately not on this occasion. We went looking for food early on a Saturday night. Loads of pies on the menu only to be told they were changing suppliers, so no pies available. Nothing much left that sounded appealing. My wife ordered a bottle of peroni (out of the fridge) it was warm and she couldn't drink it. Not a great experience so we left. I suppose 2 people being in the bar at about 5pm on a Saturday afternoon should of given me a clue.

   We love this pub. Well kept beer, great pub food and really good service but really disappointed having braved the wind and rain on Wednesday to find a notice on the front door saying the kitchen was closed. Had to go elsewhere.

   Great food. The fish portion was huge and juicy and much appreciated after a day of travelling. Loads of gluten free options and they specially prepared a fryer for the chips. Amazing service and they were attentive throughout.

   Excellent meal and first class service. We phoned up at short notice and booked a table outside in the garden. Met with a friendly welcoming greeting and nothing was too much trouble. The food and drinks were really good value for money. The Sunday roasts are of a high standard and super portions. If you have an appetite then this is the place to go Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, The Palmer family.
