   Rude customer service. The lady at the self check-in till was annoyed when a pricing error was flagged. She got it sorted when asked to recheck however this was done with no apologies. This was not a "happy to help" attitude which is printed on all staff uniforms.

   The staff were extremely helpful. Do not like how the store is laid out. We were going in for a sandwich and had to ask if they had as they were on the way out. Had bought our shopping and had to queue at the cigarette and lottery counter to pay. There was quite a queue so it was like having shopping to scan again.

   Could something be done about the employees smoking near the shopping trolleys? Those trolleys are right next to the parent-and-child parking spaces, and it’s really not healthy, nor is it a good example for the children who see staff members smoking there. I understand that employees also need a proper place to take their smoking breaks, but ideally this shouldn’t be in full view of customers, especially when there are kids around. I hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way — it’s simply about creating a healthier and more appropriate environment for everyone. I personally think Morrison should invest more in a proper space for their employees to spend their tea time/smoke breaks . Also, it would be great if you could improve the system at the self-checkout tills so customers don’t have to run around the store looking for an employee just to get a plastic bag. I’m honestly tired of having to chase staff for something so simple. Thank you for understanding, and I hope these suggestions can help improve the shopping experience for everyone. I would like to get an update as soon as something is happening.

   I love their butchery section. Some meats found here are better quality than other grocery shops. It is not the cheapest but you'll find great selection of products and quality brands.

   there is a wide variety of goods. the supermarket has a specific on cooking paper and laundry detergent today. Fresh meat and cake are my favorites.

   Good selection of locally sourced food. FamouS for their fresh fish. This store carries lots of Asian groceries too especially the festive period. Good parking space with 2 hours maximum. Do leave within the 2 hours grace or a fine of £60. There is a pharmacy and Timson in the store too.
