The owner was horrible rude to my kids telling them they weren’t allowed in brought my 6 year old to tears at how much he was shouting just because I was already inside made them stand outside in the cold whilst they called me which keep in mind get 0 signal in the pub also my child who had a bit of pink her hair was told to find another weirdo which had purple hair which is just very rude and disgusting to say to someone in general he also fully blocked my child with his hands out blocking the entrance and he was then rude to me by telling me to keep them inside and watch them and then I confronted him and he told me if I didn’t like it to not come back and that he’s happy my 6 year old daughter was brought to tears because it would teach a lesson

Amazing old pub... 1682 above the door but possibly older! Great to meet locals there who were happy to talk about the history and the area.

Lovely Thai food at the back you go through a door to a restaurant take your drink with you. It was very quiet but I was very early as working away pub serves a good pint like I said I was early around 6pm pub had plenty of character as it was old. I recommend definitely if you're into Thai.

One of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had out. Plus the tapas is truly fantastic, all in a nice environment with a great choice of ales.

A great little pub, that I personally enjoyed. Land Lords friendly enough. Relaxed atmosphere with leather chairs so comfortable your ordering your 2nd pint before you drank your first. This one is my personal favourite. Its comfortable spacey with a good atmosphere to it. Quite place to reflect.
