   This is a Too good to go review. Recently started using the app again because who doesn’t love a good bargain. 1st time I was here to pick up the bag, met 2 people at the counter - asked one and they didn’t seem to know what the hell I was talking about but the 2nd person knew and told me no need to join the service queue, just wait on the side and I’ll go grab the bags for you. Came in today to pick up bags and waited on the side thinking that was the norm. Approached the counter when I didn’t see the bags out to say I was waiting for them & one of the two people behind asked why I wasn’t on the queue. i ent to join the queue. Because I had apparently been waiting on the side and everyone had seen me it was clear I should be attended to next.. the person at the top even let me go before them when I stood to the side of them but the staff bumped me to the end of the queue. I just think it was totally unnecessary and maybe they need to agree a process for these orders and not communicate diff things to customers at diff instances… to join the normal service queue or not. Overall it was an annoying experience.

   We love coming to this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Roberta, Saint and Jaime on our last visit - always so nice. The place feels local despite being a chain.

   Came in for breakfast on the way back home. Dissapointingly on this occasion the Venti Cappuccino was Frothy warm milk with a hint of coffee. When what I craved was Coffee, with a hint of froth. Coffee could be better. Complimented by ham cheese Croissant and Panne chococlate. Never sure why they feel a knife is appropriate.

   They was so nice to me I had work to do on my laptop and I ask if I could work they and have a coffee till the work was done on the laptop and they seed I was welcome to do that and my laptop was almost dying and they let me charge it and did not ask me to keep paying for coffee they let me just get one and they look after my stuff when I pop out for a fag and loo staff are so nice they would definitely go away make me fill like home from home nice and chill place

   9/11/2022 @ 6 pm I went this time and couple times before and Will not back there again. Unprofessional staff ( especially the male staff member who worked at that time. And there is one thing Iv noticed which is that they used to not allowed any one to use the bathrooms downstairs after 6! Sometimes 5:30pm Why? ( this is happened many times) if the cafe clsoe 8 why bathrooms close 2 hours earlier! And they just lift the one upstairs which is always dirty.

   Ordered two caramel coffee frappes and not only did the order turn up with wrong item's the cream frappe version which has no coffee in it . when phoned to rectify the mistake with the shop spoke to a member of staff who was completely and utterly rude and hostile on the phone . Don't bother wasting your money here as the staff won't manage to get the correct order and are completely rude .
