For the size of this starbucks it's like a 5 minute stop place rather than sitting in a comfy seat taking your timen type of place.

Food & drink were great. The outlet I visited couldn't record my transaction against my online account. A mysterious "blocked" account msg coming up, I'll delve into this via online support to get matters rectified. The staff made multiple attempts to rectify the issue, full credit to them for trying to unravel the mystery.

Arent starbucks all the same? I cannot taste the difference between any of the branches to be really honest with you. The only difference would be the servers. Oh wait, i forgot half of the experience lies in the service. This Starbucks has great staff. They put smiley faces on your coffee :)
All the staff here is very nice and warmly welcome. You won’t feel uncomfortable to get coffee and study or work. Gotta review the service of this branch as I experienced as the Best service.

Nice and clean and staff very nice. Teabags they use are dreadful. No taste whatsoever. Left teabag in cup to diffuse but it still didn't change colour or taste. Very disappointing. No separate container for milk, staff to do this and it was half cold. Asked if they could heat up but only topped up with water which diluted the taste even more
Nice place to have a coffee and get some work done. Plenty plug points too. Order ahead function is operated strange in this place though. If you order ahead, you need to ask them if your order is ready otherwise it just sits behind the counter indefinitely. They don't even call your name to see if you have arrived. This has happened to me 3 times. Other Starbucks just place it on the bar which works far better
