I am really disappointed with the service I received at Dan Auto Centre. I had booked an appointment for Saturday at 8:00 AM, but due to other commitments, they asked me to come back at 10:00 AM. I then had to wait for nearly 30 minutes without any updates. When my car was finally serviced, I requested a diagnosis for a clunky noise coming from the engine. They identified the issue as a faulty flex pipe and replaced it, but the noise persisted. When I questioned them, they insisted the problem was with the flex pipe. I had also requested an interim service and asked about topping up the antifreeze coolant, but was left unsatisfied. I took my car to another garage, where I found out that the antifreeze coolant was below the minimum level and that the clunky noise was actually caused by an issue with the shock absorbers, something Dan Auto Centre failed to diagnose properly.

These guys are great! I feel that they have never overpriced me and always walk me through any work I need to carry out. Certainly not money grabbing, but very genuine! They're a good laugh and very knowledgeable with a huge range of cars. I don't think I'd take my cars anywhere else
The reputation for service with integrity built up by Mike will no doubt continue in Johnny's capable hands from what I've experienced. The service is as friendly and reliable as ever - and the tea isn't too bad either! Definitely recommended.
