   I’ve visited twice over the last week, managed to squeeze me in last week to put a new tyre on and had a fast and efficient service when I said I was in a rush and made sure I got back on the road really quickly. They also diagnosed a buckled wheel which I returned to have repaired but was unable to repair but didn’t charge for the labour because it wasn’t repairable. They also put the time in to show me where to get the information to get a replacement wheel and even offered to show me the buckle in the wheel and why it couldn’t be repaired. Overall excellent service and reasonable prices, will definitely visit again when I need new tyres or an alignment.

   Drove in for a walk-in. The free alignment check was carried out promptly. Issues were explained and and corrected ASAP. Cost was comparable to other players in market. What I really liked was the friendly staff and clean waiting area. Free WiFi and coffee as well to catch up while waiting. Saw about 8-10 other customers being attended to while I waited. Same level to good customer service to them as well.

   My tyres were wearing unevenly, got tyres fitted elsewhere as a deal however needed to get wheel alignment done, looked online and Tyreshack has been recommended a good few times on audi forums, went and got alignment done and I'm highly impressed. Best alignment I've had so far

   Told me I needed all four tyres changed but only 2 were low. Bit sad. The job they done was ok. I know I only needed 2 as I had a service the week before and an mot the day before only the two front were mentioned. Customer service was ok.
