   Roger and the team were brilliant. My ford focus broke down and needed a full engine replacement. RM services were able to tow the car and replace the engine within 10 days. In comparison to Ford who told me it would be months! They were able to explain exactly what happened and showed me the damage in the workshop. Would highly recommend people to go here.

   After buying a used car I was a bit anxious about finding a garage that would be fair and efficient. Took three different places but I definitely found the place. Everyone at RM was very friendly and approachable, quick with the updates and of course the service was first class. I was told about all the possible charges beforehand and every time I stopped by - it turned out to be less than anticipated. Can't recommend them enough.

   Was assured they offer competitive tyre fitting service, only to be charged an extra half hour labour (which i really shouldn't have paid) because my rear tyres were "too wide" for their fitting machine. They're 285 width tyres. There's plenty of cars with wider tyres than that and I've had no issues anywhere else. Might I advise you invest in some better equipment instead of ripping off your customers.

   Most of the work that needed doing was pricey as there was a lot that needed doing, and they were thorough in their checks. The only issue I had was when I asked for the full rundown of costs, and what it would cost me on the day. I was told £900+ for everything, but when I went to pay it was nearer £1150! I understand garage's don't mention the VAT, but I specifically asked for the TOTAL price. Other that that the work was completed to a good standard and there were a few extra small jobs that were completed free of charge.

   Impressed with our first visit. We were able to take the car in to be looked at, and the issue was identified, subsequent work carried out and fixed all in the same day. Good communication from the garage. Would recommend and we'll be using them again in the future.
